Search, focus, and summarize

Search across SharePoint, focus on specific results, and ask GriMoire to apply a prompt to the selected documents — for example, generating a summary or extracting key points. This uses Copilot Search, Copilot Retrieval, and SharePoint Search to find content, then the Copilot Chat API to process it.

Compound workflow: search, summarize, and email

Type a single sentence like "find the budget docs, summarize the results, and send by email" — GriMoire plans and executes the full chain automatically. It searches, generates a summary, and opens a compose form pre-filled with the results.

Create a SharePoint list with columns

Create a new SharePoint list and add columns to it — all from within the GriMoire interface. In this example, a choice column is added with predefined options, without ever leaving the conversation.

Set up a calendar event with a Teams meeting link in one step. GriMoire automatically finds the right person from the organization directory, adds them as an attendee, and creates the event with the Teams link attached.
